The challenge: Take a high-level concept, to design, to a fully functional prototype in 2 weeks.
Our mission was to create a mobile companion that makes shopping everywhere better (no pressure.) We identified the commonalities, differences and pain points of major brands and explored ways to craft an experience that tucked every retailer under one umbrella. Our solution was to create what is essentially a universal cart synced to every store the user has ever connected with, allowing them to quickly add products from multiple brands and checking out in one location.
We also set out to develop a unique brand for the Cache app that felt subtle enough to be the host of other brands but with enough personality, energy and expression to hold its own. After two weeks (and a handful of sleepless nights) we delivered a fully designed and working prototype which can be seen below.
Cache is foremost a labor of love and an experiment in redefining the structure and organization of a creative agency showcasing how the power of agile design, prototyping and collaboration can quickly take a high level concept and transform it into something real in just two weeks.
